You decide against shooting a Kronsit as they nuzzle against you. You watch as the herd meanders around, searching for their own food. You notice that they huddle around small holes in the ground. Soon, you see what appears to be a blue chicken-type of animal stick its head out of the hole. The Kronsit sit still as the bird cautiously steps out of the hole. You’ve never seen a bird so long, or one with 4 feet. Once the birds are free from the hole, it quickly takes flight. However, some of the Kronsit are quick enough to snag the birds before they fly away.
This gives you an idea and soon, you’ve snagged your own Azurornithod (the blue birds). You pluck it and cook it up. It tastes better than anything you’ve ever had, probably because you’re so hungry, but it’s still delicious.
Your feelings for the Kronsit have paid off, they’ve shown you how to find protein on this planet.
